Found this version of a scaled handstand very useful. If you loose your #balance you know that you have some #weighliftingplates which will #help / #rescue you ⛑ and the setup gives you support and allows you to be longer upsidedown.🙃
As you see in the video, I changed my headposition and lost the balance. Wall / plates saved me from falling down.
